ThenDesign Architecture (TDA) is an architectural design firm dedicated to the design and construction of educational facilities, athletic complexes, and municipal buildings.

Firm Practice Specialty: TDA specializes in architecture, planning, interior design, construction administration, environmental graphic design, and communications. Our team is composed of more than 50 skilled team members, encompassing educational planners, architects, interior designers, and communication specialists.

Our extensive experience spans 70 years and includes partnerships with more than 120 school districts in Ohio. Having recently performed a comprehensive update of the Ohio School Design Manual (OSDM), for the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC), we are educational design experts who provide insight into the latest safety and security, efficiency, and student-centered principles for educational and public buildings. Employing a practice that prioritizes collaboration, stakeholder engagement and smart design, every solution is tailored to our clients’ unique needs. We have achieved tremendous success through comprehensive feasibility studies, educational master planning, facility assessments, communications assistance, architectural design, and construction services.
