Weber Murphy Fox is currently seeking a Graduate Architect / Architectural Designer to join our Cleveland office. This role will work closely with project teams across all WMF locations, contributing to a wide range of project types from schematic design through construction administration.
The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally while contributing to collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
Work arrangement: Full-time position (40 hours per week) with benefits. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

The Staff Architect will work on project teams to create world class designs for new projects, alterations and redevelopments on a variety of project types including corporate, healthcare, sport venues, data centers, airports, institutional, industrial, manufacturing, government and military facilities. A self-starter with boundless creativity and a passion for design

A professional-level understanding of the overall design process from project outset through construction administration; Knowledge of building codes and standards
Expert Knowledge in Revit, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, various rendering software, and Adobe Suite. Knowledge of Enscape, D5, Rhino and Grasshopper a plus.
Skilled in technical design with the ability to assess, analyze, and propose solutions that anticipate clients’ needs
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Coordinate with the project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants for various projects
Resolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative, technical, constructible solutions
Direct production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks
Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews
Review and contribute to proposals, client/consultant presentations and meetings
Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships
Lead the technical and design development of projects daily
Coordinate delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical quality
Collaborate with the integrated design team to produce exceptional results
Ensure projects align with established schedules, budgets, and work plans
Work directly with the Project Manager to:
1. Monitor the financial performance of projects
2. Maintain high-quality project documentation
