Join us for an exciting day of learning about competitive bidding. This program has a new format that blends a morning session of traditional instruction with an interactive afternoon session during which attendees work in groups to experience the competitive bidding process. Each workgroup will have the opportunity to experience the public competitive bidding process through mock bidding with immediate feedback from the speakers, and through questions and answers from the entire class.
