As part of an ongoing review of programs and offerings, AIA Ohio, along with AIA Indiana and AIA Kentucky, is reviewing plans for increasing the frequency of regional conventions. As part of this effort, a poll has been running on the front page of this site to see what members want. Our current tally shows that nearly 75% of our membership would like to see regional conference occur at least every other year, and nearly 15% of those responding would like to see a regional convention every year. With the approval of the AIA Kentucky board last week, the 2011 conference in Dayton will be our next regional convention. The Ohio and Indiana boards approved the conference last month.
We would like to provide a conference that meets the needs of a majority of our members. Cast your vote to help us plan for this important educational opportunity.
