Weber Murphy Fox is currently seeking an experienced Senior Architect /Project Manager for our State College office. We are searching for a leader who will work integrally with our project-focused teams on a variety of projects with a concentration on the college and university, and K-12 markets. The training period for this position is 3 months (90 days). The ideal candidate for this position will be highly motivated, articulate, have excellent communication skills (oral, written, and graphic), the ability to multi-task, understands the importance of maintaining and building client relationships, and has business development and marketing experience. The desire to be on a principal/ ownership track is a must.


Work Arrangement 40 hours per week with benefits.
Annual Salary Range $90,000-$110,000

Required Qualifications and Skills
•Professional licensure.
•10+ years’ relevant architectural experience.
•An understanding of applying BIM to diverse project types and scales.
•Knowledge of construction materials, assemblies, standards, and codes.
•Excellent organization and time management skills.
•Project Management leadership with different scale projects.
•Office Management.
•Business Development leadership.
•Collaborative and professional work ethic.
