DesignLeveL is Hiring an Experienced Project Designer for Our Growing Firm!

We need an enthusiastic, experienced project designer to add to our amazing team, because simply, there are not enough of us to go around! Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working for an architectural design firm producing design and technical drawings. A Master of Architecture degree, and proficient Revit skills are also required. We need team members eager to continue their career development through the delivery of architectural projects while learning how an architectural firm operates; members that will bring value to our organization and provide the level of project delivery that DesignLeveL is known for. • You work well under the direction of a Project Leader, with responsibilities that include tasks assigned from conceptual design through construction completion. Some of these experiences include:
  o Program and conceptual design development.
  o Detailing drawings for presentation and production.
  o Researching product materials.
  o Editing of specifications.
  o Assisting with answering requests for information (RFI’s)and submittal review.
  o Field work.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Project Architect or Designers with production of drawings at all design phases.
• Having the ability to develop conceptual design options.
• The translation of the design intent into technical and construction documents under supervision of a Project Lead.
• Participation in client meetings.
• Assisting with meeting documentation.
• Managing and organizing project documentation.
• Participating in field work including existing documentation and construction administration.
• Participating in marketing and business development as assigned.
• Administrative tasks as assigned.

Your experience includes:

• A Master of Architecture degree.
• A minimum of 3 years’ industry experience.
• You are fully proficient in Revit.
• You are familiar with AutoCAD.
