Position Title: Architect

Synthesis Incorporated is currently seeking an architect with enthusiasm and dedication to contribute to the success of our growing design practice. Candidate should have extensive healthcare architecture expertise. Experience with the initial stages of planning and programming of healthcare projects is a plus. Preferred candidate will have an aptitude for interacting and responding to multi-tiered clients, including academic medical centers/programs, and urban and community hospital systems.

Experience:
15 years of experience
Project and studio management
Fee proposal preparation/contract facilitation
Knowledge of specifications and drawing package assembly
Client focused organizational and communication skills
Marketing experience including project development, proposal development and interview experience
Laboratory and/or critical access hospital experience a plus
Education:
Accredited Bachelors or Masters Degree
Professional Registration in Architecture
LEED accreditation preferred
Healthcare accreditation /certification preferred
AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Revit and Sketchup a plus
