AIA Ohio Sponsorship Program Includes Opportunities for All

AIA Ohio’s 2024 Sponsorship Program is underway this year with an updated program that seeks to provide more flexibility and more robust offerings for AIA Ohio sponsors in 2024. The sponsorship levels have been expanded from 4 to 5 this year as AIA Ohio looks to provide a sponsorship level that nearly any firm or organization can afford. With a starting sponsorship of $500 to our top sponsorship of $5,000, AIA Ohio sponsors can choose the level that best meets their needs.

Unlike the sponsorship program of 2022, this program continues to transition to a conference-focused program that AIA Ohio has offered for more than thirty years. The AIA Ohio sponsorship program provides sponsors with year-round recognition, utilizing many of AIA Ohio’s mailings and programs as a means to promote sponsors. New to 2024 is the ability of sponsors to choose the type and number of benefits they receive based on the sponsorship level they select. In the past, AIA Ohio chose the benefits for each level of sponsorship. This year, we encourage each sponsor to pick the benefits that best meet their marketing needs. From conference track sponsorship to keynote, tour, or awards sponsorship, the program now provides flexibility for those who choose to sponsor AIA Ohio’s programming.

Returning this year to the conference is LUs & Brews. A big hit last year, this program combines CEUs, collegiality and a selection of craft brews to provide members and sponsors alike a great opportunity to get together and gain a better understanding of each other’s needs. It is the committee’s intent to expand the offering for 2024, while still maintaining a degree of exclusivity to the program. The Conference Planning Committee is also adding tabletop options for vendors as another option for sponsors. These tabletops will provide vendors the opportunity to participate in a more traditional way, with product displays in the building where AIA Ohio Conference attendees will gather for keynotes and meals.
